Brand revamp for IT&T recruitment agency
The brief was all about conveying Talent's points of difference. A tech savvy, ambitious company that employed a personal touch and real, knowledgeable IT professionals as recruiters, it was important to convey a feeling of expert - yet approachable and human.
Talent had been winning not only a lot of new work, but also awards such as 'Best national IT&T recruiter'. They were all over the industry news. The success tempted a bold and boastful voice that could have led the company down a very different path.

The back-bone of the re-imagined corporate identity and brand strategy was a honed to the contrary - more in line with the companies founding mentality...
"To promote the talent and the clients.. first". Talent International would remain humble in tone, yet inspiring and catalysing in content. We hoped to spread the same ambitious action that the company was living itself. The by-line was written: Make your move!

Delibrand explored styles of typography, illustration and imagery to compliment the existing logo and colour palette and move the brand in the new direction. Recognising two distinct audiences, the client and the talent - there was a two pronged approach.
We played with the kitsch, the human quirks of IT. We wanted to build an insiders repoire with IT talent, demonstrate hands-on experience. Sometimes with a sense of humour, such as the dot matrix printer paper and ASCII illustrations - other times with examples of mathematics driven artworks or UML diagrams.
